HRA invites applications from eligible DHI employees interested in taking up the following position:

Associate Director, Planning & Monitoring Division, CPD

• Must have Master's Degree (preferably MBA) with a minimum of 10 years (excluding the study period) of professional work experience.

• Should be currently in DHI grade PS3/CS3.

• Require knowledge, skills and experience in strategic planning and monitoring, organization development, systems thinking, and benchmarking performance planning practices.

Please find below the detailed Terms of Reference of the position:

       ToR – AD–Planning & Monitoring Division, CPD

·       Curriculum Vitae

·       Security Clearance Certificate (approved online)

·       Audit Clearance Certificate for Interview
