The Nomination & Governance Committee (NGC) is pleased to announce the vacancy for the post of Chief Executive Officer, Thimphu TechPark Ltd. as given below:

1. CEO, Thimphu Techpark Ltd.

Interested candidates fulfilling the prescribed eligibility criteria may submit application along with the mandatory documents (listed in ToR) in a sealed and signed envelope to the following address, on or before 29th October 2021 within office hours:

Salary & Others Benefits

Basic pay:                                 Nu. 90,000 per month.

Contract Allowance:                85% of the basic pay per month.

PBVA: Maximum of 25% of the annual basic pay subject to fulfillment of annual Compact signed between DHI and TTPL.

Other benefits shall be as per the Company Service Rules and Regulations.

Mandatory documents (required to submit along with application)

1. Curriculum vitae (CV) indicating clearly the details of applicant and, with names and details of two referees.
2. Bachelor’s Degree certificate and transcripts (for entire course).
3. Master’s and any other higher Degree certificates and transcripts (for entire course), if available.
4. A valid document proof/evidence to show 15 years of work experience.
5. A valid office order of appointment/promotion to GM/P1 A or equivalent position level.
6. A valid Citizenship Identity Card (both back & front printed).
7. A valid audit clearance certificate for interview (for public servants).
8. A valid security clearance.

Non-submission of any of above documents or partial submission, except for (c) above, shall lead to rejection of application. 

Additionally, the following documents shall be produced by the candidate selected as CEO, prior to his/her appointment:

1. Valid medical fitness certificate.
2. No objection certificate letter from the employer, if currently employed.
