The Scholarship Programme, Ministry of Education and Skills Development would like to notify all students selected for undergraduate scholarships 2023 to process the following documents for submission.

The Scholarship Programme, Ministry of Education and Skills Development would like to notify all students selected for undergraduate scholarships 2023 to process the following documents for submission.

1. Class 10 pass certificate and mark sheet- Copy

2. Class 12 pass certificate and mark sheet- Copy

3. School Leaving and Character Certificate- Copy

4. Medical Fitness certificate (Pink Hospital form)- Original

5. Medical Certificate (White Hospital form)- Original

6. Birth Certificate (Yellow Hospital form)- Original

7. English Language Proficiency Certificate (BCSEA)- Copy

8. Migration Certificate (school)- Copy

9. Citizenship Identity Card- Copy

10. Passport- Copy

11. IELTS results for UK and Canada

12. Police Clearance (hard copy)- Only for MBBS in Sri Lanka for processing visa

Note: In-country scholarship (RTC) students are requested to submit the following documents ONLY. Admission form is NOT required.

• BCSE and BHSEC pass certificate and mark sheet

• School leaving and character certificates

• Citizenship Identity Card
