Position	slot	Qualification	Experience requirement
Head/Sr. Manager, Electrical & Instrumentation	1	B.Tech./ Bachelor in Electrical Engineering	Minimum work experience 10 years & above in ferro alloys and steel plant. The candidate must have conversant with the Plant Automation & system.
Head (Purchase)	1	M.Com/ B.Com/BBM	Minimum work experience 10 years & above. Preference will be given to who have worked in multi-project setup. The candidate will be placed on contract period for three years. The contract period will be renewed based on performance.
Chief Engineer (Civil)	1	Masters/ Degree in Structural Engineering.	Minimum work experience 10 years & above. Preference will be given to civil structural engineer who have worked with multi-project setup. The contract period will be renewed based on performance.
