Position Title: Operation Head

Position Level: M1

Location: Phuentsholing

Employment Type: Contract (3 years)

Salary: Negotiable

Minimum Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Commerce
Minimum 20 years of experience in Retail Management, FMCG and Home Appliances sector.
Proven leadership and management skills with strong business penetration and operational experience.
Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
