Position Profiles

1. Assistant ICT Officer

Eligibility Criteria

A candidate must:

1. Be a Bhutanese citizen.
2. Have attained at least 18 years of age and not more than 45 years of age.
3. Meet qualification, experience, and other requirements as specified in the position profile of the position.

Required Documents

1. Degree Certificate: Bachelor’s degree and above (if any). In the event the recent degree certificate is yet to be awarded, a provisional degree certificate must be submitted instead. For the position of Engineer, a Diploma certificate must be submitted (or provisional if not yet awarded).
2. Mark Sheets: Bachelor’s degree and above (if any). Grade Conversion of the mark sheet MUST also be submitted if the marks are awarded in CGPA. Diploma marksheet for the position of Engineer.
3. Academic Mark Sheets: Mark sheets of Class XII and Class X for all the positions mentioned above.
4. Security Clearance: Valid Security Clearance Certificate (approved online and valid on the last day of the application) for all positions.
5. Medical Certificate: Valid Medical Fitness Certificate for Employment/Interview (valid on the last date of application) for all positions.
6. Identification: Valid Citizenship ID card (both sides) for all positions.
7. Audit Clearance: Valid Audit Clearance Certificate (Interview), if employed, for all positions.
8. No Objection Certificate: Employed Candidates must produce a No Objection Certificate from the Parent/Working Agency within 5 working days after the selection interview, if selected.
9. Experience Evidence: Experience Certificate(s)/documentary evidence(s) for current and previous employment records.
