Addendum for EOI TTPL/ITSD/SAP/040601 dated 4 June 2021

The following addendum is issued in reference to EoI TTPL/ITSD/SAP/040601 dated 4 June 2021. Bidders are requested to take note of addendum issued.

TTPL/Pro-02/2021/316

This is to notify all the interested eligible bidders that the following addendum shall be taken into consideration prior to submission of the proposal for SAP Annual Maintenance Services (2021). The addendum is announced in line with the clause 10 of Section 1 of the Eol document.

The evaluation criteria for the proposed methodology, as per Clause 12.2.2.c, earlier stated that the proposed methodology would include the "Understanding of current system landscape and DHI Companies".

The same clause has been amended to as follows;

"Understanding of current system landscape of DHI companies or Understanding of the General system landscape for Companies using SAP and the best practices considering ideal system landscape"

Please attach this addendum in the proposal, acknowledging the receipt of the same.
