The Ministry of Education led by the Education Secretary presented the Ministry’s COVID-19 response plan and development to the Member of the Social and Cultural Committee today at the National Assembly Lhen-Zom Khangzang. The Hon'ble Speaker was also present during the presentation. 

 

The presentation included an Education Overview, Year 2020: Addressing the Pandemic, COVID-19 Interventions: Preventive Measures, Psychosocial Support, Curriculum & Delivery, new normal curriculum, and Youth Engagement. The presentation also highlighted the way forward for Education system through Access & Quality, Teacher Development, School Feeding, Schools with SEN, Higher Education, and Youth Development. 

 

The presentations came to an end with an engaging discussion followed by an intense question answers session.
