UNICEF Bhutan Country Office in partnership with the Ministry of Labour and Human Resources and UNDP is seeking consultancy services for 50 days from a relevant National Consultant with a valid consultancy firm license to study citizens' perception towards Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) and develop key strategies of intervention accordingly.
 
Qualification/Experience required:
● Minimum 10 years of professional competence, including specific professional experience related to Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET)
● Masters in Technical background, preferably with knowledge on TVET, or other similar areas of equivalent it’s an asset
● Proven track record of successfully completing at least two similar assignment in areas of TVET/General Education etc
● He/she must have experience and background knowledge in research
● Exceptional communication skills both in written and verbal with exposure in presenting formal documentations such as journals, reports, presentation etc.
● Has sound knowledge on TVET promotion and Communication for Development (C4D) strategy.
● Excellent time management and organizational skills
