REGULATIONS ON FUTSAL GROUND DEVELOPMENT

UNDER THIMPHU DZONGKHAG

  1. THE MINIMUM PLOT SIZE SHOULD BE 25 DECIMALS (0.25 ACRES)
  2. THE MINIMUM FUTSAL PLAY AREA SHOULD BE 18 DECIMALS (760SQM)
  3. A MINIMUM OF 1.5M SETBACK SHOULD BE KEPT FROM ALL THE SIDES
  4. THE FACILITY SHOULD HAVE MINIMUM PARKING AREA OF 7 CARS
  5. THE FACILI'FY SHOULD HAVE SERVICES LIKE WASHROOM, CHANGING ROOM AND CANTEEN
  1. TECHNICAL DRAWING REQUIREMENTS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
    • ARCHITECTURAL DRAWING
    • STRUCTURAL DRAWING with detail layout and sections of the ground
    • PLUMBING AND SANITARY DRAWING with details
    • ELECTRICAL DRAWING


7. PUBLIC CLEARANCE (from neighbours) besides the relevant documents
