The complete set of bidding documents can be purchased from the Procurement section, located on the 3rd floor of Corporate Office, BNBL, Thimphu during office working hours with payment of above mentioned bid cost, which is non-refundable. The bid document can also be downloaded from below . However, the bidder should deposit bid cost in cash on or before the last date of sale of the bid document.
