Gerab Nyed-Yon Limited (GNY) invites sealed bids through Open Competitive Bidding from eligible Bhutanese individuals, firms and legally registered entities for the lease of five (5) plots of land for a period of 30 years.

Sealed bids must reach the GNY Office, Namgyel Khangzang, Simtokha, Thimphu by 2.30pm on 9th November 2026. The bid shall be opened the same day at 3.00 pm in presence of the bidder/representatives.
