• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to effectively lead, motivate, and
  manage a team, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Prior experience in a team management or any form of supervisory would be a plus point.
• Candidates must be flexible to work night shifts or irregular hours.
  

Note: Selected candidates will undergo an initial 2-3 weeks training program to familiarize themselves
with the company's products, processes, and work procedures. The training period will be considered
part of the initial employment period, during which candidates will receive a stipend.
