Invitation for Vehicle Quotation

Nyzer Tours and Treks in collaboration with MyBhutan LLC invites eligible vehicle owners and transport suppliers across Bhutan to submit their vehicles for empanelment as part of our verified transport network for guest transportation and operational support. Vehicles that successfully complete verification will be ranked and allocated tours according to the MyBhutan LLC Vehicle Allocation Policy. 

Vehicle Categories Required

Guest Transport 

- 15 Premium SUVs 

• GWM Tank 500 (First Preference)
• Toyota Prado (Second Preference)

- 3 Group Vehicles, High roof Hiace Bus

- 2 Large Group Vehicles (Coaster/Bus) 

- Operational Support 

• 8 Luggage & Support Vehicles 
• Other suitable SUVs/Pickups may also apply.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must submit vehicles that: 

• Meet the Three-Year Standard (current model year 2026. or previous two model years) 
• Are mechanically sound and professionally maintained
• Have valid registration, insurance and permits 
• Are clean and suitable for premium tourism
• Meet MyBhutan LLC safety and quality standards.

Required Submission

Applicants must submit: 

• Owner name and contact details 
• Vehicle make, option and model year 
• Registration number
• Seating capacity 
• Luggage capacity
• Quoted hire rate (Nu./km) and any additional cost applicable 
• Registration, insurance, permits and driver's license copies
• Maintenance history 
• Declaration of ownership and conflict of interest (if applicable).

Selection Process

All submitted vehicles will undergo:

1. Document verification
2. Physical vehicle inspection
3. Safety and maintenance assessment
4. Vendor verification by the Verification Committee
5. Ranking within the appropriate vehicle category.
