𝐄𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐅𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬
The Department of Agricultural Marketing and Cooperatives (DAMC), Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock, invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from eligible registered Farmer Groups and Cooperatives for equipment support to enhance their production, processing, value addition, and marketing activities.
1️⃣ 𝐄𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚
Interested applicants must meet the following requirements:
✅ Be a registered Farmer Group or Cooperative;
✅ Hold a valid registration certificate;
✅ Have a clear need for the proposed equipment to support or enhance their group/cooperative activities; and
✅ Be willing and able to contribute 60% of the total cost, with 40% supported by the Government.
2️⃣ 𝐂𝐨𝐬𝐭-𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭
The equipment support shall be provided under a 60:40 cost-sharing arrangement, as follows:
🔹 Government Support: 40% of the total cost of the equipment.
🔹 Beneficiary Contribution: 60% of the total cost of the equipment.
3️⃣ 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
Interested Farmer Groups and Cooperatives are required to submit:
📄 A duly completed Application and Agreement Form (https://damc.gov.bt/.../Application-Undertaking-form-1-1.pdf
)
📄 A copy of the valid Registration Certificate
4️⃣ 𝐒𝐮𝐛𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
Applications may be submitted either:
🏢 By walk-in submission to:
Department of Agricultural Marketing and Cooperatives (DAMC)
Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock
📅 𝐒𝐮𝐛𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞:
Interested Farmer Groups and Cooperatives are requested to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) to the Department of Agricultural Marketing and Cooperatives (DAMC) on or before 20/08/2026.
⚠️ Applications received after the deadline or without the required documents may not be considered.
