The Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources is pleased to announce the vacancy for the post of Knowledge Management Officer and ESS & GESI Officer for the Project Coordination Unit under Bhutan for Life on contract basis as follows;

Position Title	Minimum Qualification	Minimum Work Experience	Contract Term	Working agency	Salary
Knowledge Management Officer	Minimum of Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields: Mass communication, Journalism, Environmental Science, Development Studies, or related fields. A Master's degree in a relevant field will be an added advantage.	At least 2-3 years of combined professional experience in: Mass communication, Journalism, Environmental Science, Development Studies, or related fields.	3 years with possibility of extension	Department of Forests and Park Services, Thimphu	Nu. 80,000/-

Interested applicants who meet the eligibility criteria laid above may apply to the Human Resource Division, MoENR (dekid@moenr.gov.bt) on or before July 3, 2026, with the following documents:

1. Application with Curriculum Vitae;
2. Valid Security Clearance and Audit Clearance Certificate;
3. No Objection Certificate, if employed;
4. Academic Transcripts and certificates;
5. Work experience certificates;
6. Valid Medical Certificate and
7. Other relevant documents, if any.
