ROLE OBJECTIVE:
Lead Heli Bhutan's sales and marketing efforts to expand market presence, drive business growth, and promote helicopter services, ensuring exceptional client engagement and service excellence across bhutan and beyond. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Build and maintain relationships with travel partners, hotels, tour operators, and corporate clients.
• Identify new market opportunities and prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure client satisfaction and track performance with market analysis reports.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's in business, marketing, tourism, aviation management, or related field; with 3-5 years' relevant experience.
• Proven skills in sales planning, marketing campaigns, client management, and crm tools.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, leadership, and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of Bhutan's tourism and helicopter operations; self-motivated and customer-focused.
