What will you be working on? 1. Application of Fertilizer both Farm manure/Chemical fertilizer
2. Irrigation channel /Drainage renovation for source to pasture
3. Timely uprooting of noxious and other unwanted weeds by manually
4. Preparation and renovation of degraded pasture field
5. Irrigation of pasture in every winter and dry season
6. Application of fertilizer for every cutting of the grass
7. Seed re-sowing in the barren pastureland.
8. Maintenance of boundary fencing internal /external of paddocks and Farm.
9. Maintenance of water supply lines to the farm and pasture
10. Preparation of silo tank
11. Harvesting of improved grass
12. Loading of the Grass to the Farm tractor and unloading Grass to the silo Tank
13. Silage and hay making
14. Replace the dairy attendees in their absence to assist in milking and cattle herding

What we are looking for? 1. Bhutanese citizen
2. 18-50 years of age.
3. Police Security clearance online
4. Physically fit, mentally sound, and morally good.
5. Hard working, sincere, diligent, and responsible person
6. Person possessing positive attitude, good ethic
