The Royal Government of Bhutan has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of Accelerating Transport and Trade Connectivity in Eastern South Asia (ACCESS) Bhutan Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Design, Development, Supply, Installation, Deployment and Implementation of Bhutan NationalSingle Window System.

The GovTech Agency intends to initially select Applicants for the above contract. The applications must be delivered by 1500 hours (Bhutan Time) (GMT +6 hours) on or before July 15,2026.
