Exalt Druk Enviroklens Private Limited, a Ferro Alloys Company at Norbugang industrial Park, Samtse is looking for suitably qualified, experienced and highly motivated individuals for the following positions.

Administration Officer    1 Bachelor's degree Minimum
of 3-5 years of experience in
administrative functions, preferably in a Ferro Alloys or manufacturing industries.

The entry level pay scale are as below:
Graduate Engineer (5) 25.590-1,663-42,220
General Graduate (S1) 22,848-1,599-38,838
Diploma Engineer (S2) 19,193-1535-34,543
Others (Based on appropriate qualification and experience)

(S3) 16,451-1316-29,611

(O1) 14,623-1170-26,323

(O2) 12,795-1,024-23,035

Helper (03) 10,967-877-19,737

Remuneration shall be bosed on experience.
Besides the basic salary company shall providethe following allowances per month.

Consolidated allowance - 20% of basic pay
House Rent Allowance-20% of basic pay
Provident Fund - 15% of basic pay
Food allowance - Nu. 1,500 per month
Communication allowance 200 to 400 based on corresponding grades.
Company also provide 30 days earn leave
and 10 days casual leave in a year.
