What will you be working on? Management and maintenance of Infrastructures and properties within the Industrial Estate/ Parks.
Carry out design, drawing and estimates for maintenance as and when required.
Facilitate promoters in developing industries as per approved drawings by providing basic necessities such as water, electricity, road and security within the Park/Estate.
Ensure water supply, functional street lighting, well-maintained roads, clean footpaths are provided to ongoing construction promoters.
Prepare Capital budget proposals for upcoming work in consultation with the Head Office, Thimphu.

What we are looking for? Prepare and evaluate tender documents for capital works in compliance with the tendering process and conduct DTC/MTC meetings for approval on time extension, rate analysis, deviation statements and put up any other issues..
Seek Technical Sanction and Administrative Approval & Financial Sanction, invite tenders through e-GP, open tenders, attend tender award committee meetings, issue online letter of intent, letter of acceptance, award work, supervise execution, detail joint measurements for bills, record of bills in Measurement books, issue completion reports, release retention and performance security amounts and update completed work in the e-tool.
