In-service Civil Servants applying for the post of Assistant Auditor General (AAG) must meet the
following criteria:
a. Minimum qualification of Bachelor's degree;
b. Completed a minimum of 2 years of active service in the current position level i.e at P2 at the
time of the promotion effective date from 01 July 2026.
c. Should be in the same super-structure group;
d. Should have served a minimum duration equal to the long-term training period in the same
position at the time of announced application deadline if he/she has availed a long-term training;
e. Clean service record; and
f. Moderation Exercise Result/PE Rating of Very Good (both in Performance and Potential
Assessment) on either of two for the last two years.
g. Certificate of completion of Level 1 & 2 e-learning course on Ethics and Integrity
h. The applicants must have a valid Leadership Potential & Situational judgement test results
administered by the RCSC.
i. The applicants must have a valid Leadership Development Program Certificate conducted by
RCSC & RIM.

Eligible in-service Civil Servants may apply with the following documents. Applicants with relevant
qualification/training and work experience shall be given preference for the purpose of shortlisting.

3. Performance ratings for the last two consecutive years
4. Valid CID copy
5. Valid audit clearance
6. Valid security clearance
7. Copies of academic transcripts (Degree)
8. Copies of relevant training certificates; and
