Position Title: Development& School Affairs Officer
Department: Nazhoen Pelri School (NPS), Bhutan YDF
Reports To: Head of School
Duty Station: Thimphu
Position Level: V-1 (Sr. Officer)
Employment Type: Full-time, Contract (3 Years)

1.Key Responsibilities
a. Institutional Relations, Planning & Strategy
b. Administration, Operations & HR
c. Resource Mobilization, Stakeholder Relations & Communications

2. Qualifications and Experience

A Bachelor's degree in any field is required
Candidates with relevant experience, as well as those holding a Master's degree or professional qualifications in a relevant field, will have an added advantage.

3. Required Competencies

Strong strategic and analytical thinking
Excellent communication, writing, reporting, and documentation skills
Strong administrative and organizational skills
High-level interpersonal and relationship management ability
HR and staff coordination knowledge
Protocol management and professional representation skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
Professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion
Working knowledge of Google Workspace
