Coordinator – STAR-C (Technical / Programme Coordination)

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering – (Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Instrumentations and Control Engineering, Renewable Energy)

Contract (1 year)-Extendable depending upon the requirement

Interested candidates who meet the following criteria may submit your applications online to the IMS RUB on or before 20^th April 2026, not later than 4:00 PM

Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be a Bhutanese National.
- Age must be between 18 and 45 years.

Required Documents:
- Academic transcripts/certificates.
- Curriculum Vitae (CV).
- Valid copy of Citizenship Identity Card.
- Valid Security Clearance Certificate.
- Valid Medical Fitness Certificate. (at least 6 months valid)
- Work Experience Certificate (if applicable).
- Audit Clearance Certificate (if currently employed).
- No Objection Certificate from your employer (if applicable).
- Full present address, telephone/mobile number, and email address

Selection Process

Shortlisted candidates for the written test, wherever required will be announced on the College website.
A maximum of 20 applicants will be shortlisted for the written test for SSO position, subsequently, a minimum 5 applicants will be shortlisted for final selection interview based on written test performance.

5 bonus points for 5–10 years of relevant experience
10 bonus points for more than 10 years of relevant experience

- References as referees from two different organizations if employed are required. If not employed, one or both may be from the college/university for your highest qualification.
- Selected candidates must produce a Negative Drug Certificate.
- Applications with incomplete documents or information or wrong data entry in online application will be rejected during scrutiny.
