Positions Available:
1. Food & Beverage Department

• Food & Beverage Manager (1 Slot)
• Bar Captain (1 Slot)
• Food & Beverage Server (6 Slots)

General Requirements:

• For candidates who have relevant Degree / Diploma in hospitality or related field applying for HODs/ Supervisor position should have at least 2 years experience in Supervisory / Managerial role in relevant function. For candidates applying with class 12 pass certificate for HODs / Supervisor position, should have at least 3 years experience in Supervisory / Managerial role in relevant function.
• Candidates applying for the Frontline and Kitchen Department positions should have Class 12 pass certificate with at least 1 year of experience in the relevant Department and job position.
• Candidate must have deep love and passion for Hospitality & Service.
• Candidates with strong leadership, impeccable communication and organizational skills with a great Team Player spirit are highly encouraged to apply.
• Ideal candidate must also have motivation to uphold excellent service standards of Hotel Babesa.
• Previous hospitality experience in relevant function / Department is MANDATORY for all positions. Hence individuals without hospitality experience may not apply.
