The Ministry of Education and Skills Development is pleased to announce the vacancy for the post of
Specialist Head under the Bhutan Qualifications and Professionals Certification Authority as follows:

Slots Position
Title/Level		      Placement Eligibility Criteria
  1 Specialist Head,
P1S		 Engineering Professionals Council 1. Minimum of Bachelors in
Engineering
2. Any LTT must be reflected as completed in the ZESt;
3. Currently serving at P2 A
4. Minimum of Two years served in P2 A
5. Minimum Performance and Potential Score of “Very Good” and above for the last three FY
6. Good command over written and spoken Dzongkha and English

1. Degree Marksheet and Certificate
2. No Objection Letter from the Working Agency
3. CV (ZESt generated)
4. Recommendation by the supervisor
5. Valid Security Clearance - HRD to verify online
6. Valid Audit Clearance for interview purpose - HRD to verify online
7. ACC Integrity Test Level 1 and 2 certificates
8. Relevant certificates, if any
