In the heart of Gangtey Valley. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Spa Manager to lead our spa team and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills with a hands-on, supportive approach, a guest-first mindset with excellent communication and emotional intelligence. Responsibilities include managing spa operations, training and mentoring, and maintaining the highest standards of luxury service.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 3 years' experience in Spa or Wellness Management in a luxury resort/hotel.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Certification in Spa courses; Spa Management certification preferred.
Experience with operational excellence within a luxury hospitality environment.
Fluency in English and Dzongkha.
