Position: Pre-Opening Hotel Manager
We are seeking an experienced Pre-Opening Hotel Manager to lead the successful launch of our upcoming branch of Ascent hotel in Punakha.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all pre-opening activities and operational setup
• Recruit, train, and manage hotel staff
• Establish SOPs, systems, and service standards
• Coordinate with owners, contractors, and vendors
• Prepare for soft opening and official launch

Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years of hotel management experience, including pre-opening exposure
• Strong leadership and operational knowledge
• Proven ability to manage budgets, teams, and timelines
• Excellent communication skills in English
