The Office of the Vice Chancellor, Royal University of Bhutan, is pleased to announce the following vacancies:

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

A candidate must:

1. Be a Bhutanese Citizen
2. Have attained at least 18 years of age, and not more than 45 years of age.
3. Meet qualification, experience and other requirements as specified in the position profile of the position.

 Documents required for the Caretaker and Cleaner

1. RUB Employment Application Form (click here)
2. Valid Security Clearance Certificate (approved online and valid on the last date of application)
3. Valid Medical Fitness Certificate for Employment/Interview (valid on the last date of application)
4. Citizenship ID Card
5. Audit Clearance Certificate (General), if employed
6. Employed candidates must produce a No Objection Certificate from the Parent/Working Agency within 5 working days after the selection interview, if selected
7. Experience Certificate(s)/documentary evidence(s) for current and previous employment records.
8. Candidates must submit the above documents in hard copy to the Human Resource Division latest by 24 December 2025, 5:00 PM.

Note:

• The two references in the application form should both be professional referees from two different organizations, if employed. If there is only one past/current employment record, one referee should be from that organization, and the other one should be from the School/College/University where the highest qualification was obtained. If there is no past/current employment record, both the referees should be from the School/College/University where the highest qualification was obtained.
• Applications with incomplete documents or incomplete information in their application will be directly rejected during the time of scrutiny.
• Please note that it is the sole responsibility of applicants to ensure that all mandatory documents as mentioned above are submitted/uploaded along with the application.
