Mani Ratna Resort, located in the serene village of Hongtsho near Thimphu, is a luxury retreat that blends Bhutanese culture, spirituality, and heartfelt hospitality in a tranquil mountain setting.

We are currently looking for enthusiastic and highly competent talent for the following positions:

1. Sales Manager
Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role in a reputed 4–5 star hotel/resort
Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Business Administration
Strong knowledge of sales, marketing, and client relations
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Dynamic, result-oriented, and well-groomed personality

2. Housekeeping Supervisor
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role in a reputed hotel/resort, with a Diploma in
Housekeeping or Hotel Management preferred. Must be detail-oriented, guest-focused, and
well-groomed. Pre-opening experience is an added advantage.

3. Security Guards : Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably from a hotel background.

4. Driver : Minimum 3 years’ driving experience with a valid Bhutanese license and good knowledge of local routes.
