National Pension and Provident Fund is pleased to announce the vacant NPPF residentials unit available for rent in Phuentsholing.

Eligibility criteria to apply:   

1  Type of Flat:  Class III (2 BHK with 1 Toilet, Norgay Building) 
2  No. of Units:  1 
3  Applicant:  Active PF members 
4  Grade:  Grade 12/S4 to 9/S1 
5  Applicant and/ or Spouse:  Not a tenant of Public Housing Unit 
6  Allotment:  Shall be done on the basis of seniority in NPPF  
7  Monthly Rent & Occupancy Date:  Nu.8,650/- From 1st November 2025.
