Interested eligible in-service candidates serving at P2A who fulfils the minimum qualification
requirement and other eligibility criteria as per Section 11.7.3 of BCSR 2023 may submit their application to the HRD, MoH on or before 27-August, 2025 via online application form.

Documents required to be submitted online are as detailed below:
1. Curriculum Vitae (Zest generated);
2. Valid Medical Fitness Certificate (valid only six months);
3. Valid Security Clearance Certificate
4. Valid Audit Clearance Certificate
5. No Objection Certificate from the parent/working agency;
6. Leadership potential assessment and Situational Judgement test (Psychometric test).

8. Certificate of completion of e-learning course on Ethics and Integrity administered by
AntiCorruption Commission (both level 1 & level 2)

Applicants will be shortlisted based on the eligibility criteria in line with BCSR 2023, Section
11.7.3 and, Preference will be given to those with experience in Health Financing, Health
Economics, Public Health or Social
