The Bhutan Trust Fund for Environmental Conservation (BTF) invites proposals in the following thematic areas, aligned with the objectives defined in the BTF's Royal Charter, the priorities of the Royal Government of Bhutan's (RGoB) .

The Bhutan Trust Fund for Environmental Conservation (BTF) invites proposals in the following thematic areas, aligned with the objectives defined in the BTF's Royal Charter, the priorities of the Royal Government of Bhutan's (RGoB) 13th Five Year Plan, and the inputs received during the stakeholder consultation:
1. Thematic Area I – Preserving Biological Diversity
2. Thematic Area II - Enabling Human-Wildlife Coexistence
3. Thematic Area III – Mitigating and Adapting to Climate Change
4. Thematic Area IV – Addressing Adverse Impacts of Development on the Environment
 
The project proposal should align with the above thematic areas and, where relevant, address aspects of gender equality as well as social and environmental safeguards.
𝗔𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗚𝗼𝗕- the duly filled project concept note (𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻𝗹𝗼𝗮𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗲𝗯𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲) should be submitted in hard/soft copy to the office of BTF or via email as a single PDF document to 𝗠𝘀. 𝗣𝗵𝘂𝗻𝘁𝘀𝗵𝗼 𝗖𝗵𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗻 𝗮𝘁 𝗽𝗵𝘂𝗻𝘁𝘀𝗵𝗼@𝗯𝗵𝘂𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱.𝗯𝘁, 𝗻𝗼 𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝟭𝟭𝘁𝗵 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱, 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝟱.𝟬𝟬𝗽𝗺.
𝗔𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗚𝗼𝗕- should route their proposals from their parent central agency (where applicable), through the Department of Marco-Fiscal and Development Finance, Ministry of Finance.
 
The duly filled project concept note (𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻𝗹𝗼𝗮𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗲𝗯𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲) should be submitted either in hard/soft copy to the office of BTF or via email as a single PDF document to 𝗠𝘀. 𝗣𝗵𝘂𝗻𝘁𝘀𝗵𝗼 𝗖𝗵𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗻 𝗮𝘁  phuntsho@bhutantrustfund.bt , 𝗻𝗼 𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝟭𝟭𝘁𝗵 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱, 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝟱.𝟬𝟬𝗽𝗺.
