The Ministry of Home Affairs is pleased to announce vacancy for the post of Principal (Position
Level: P2A to PIA), Royal Institute of Performing Arts through open competition as detailed
below:

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must meet the requirements specified in Section 11.7.3 of the BCSR 2023
  (available at www.rcsc.gov.bt). Preference will be given to candidates with Masters Degree in Cultural/Buddhist studies with a minimum of three years of working experience in the field of Traditional Performing Arts (preferably in curriculum development) or similar fields related performing arts and music at the time of shortlisting.

Required Documents
Interested and eligible candidates are requested to submit the following documents to the HR Division at hrd@moha.gov.bt  by August 4, 2025:

1. Letter of intent with contact numbers and email address.
2. Updated CV generated from ZEST, verified by the respective HRO.
3. Moderation/performance scores for the last two years, signed and sealed by the
concerned HRO.
4. Valid Security and Audit Clearances.
5. No Objection Certificate routed through the respective HRC of the parent agency.
6. Leadership Potential and Situational Judgment Test Certificate.
7. Integrity Course Completion Certificate (Level I & II).
