Job Title: Marketing and Brand Associate

We are looking for a creative, socially confident, and results-driven professional to lead the promotion and growth of The Yarn and Yathra House.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to position Yarn and Yathra products in local and international markets.
•  Build and maintain partnerships with retail outlets, cultural institutions, hotels, travel companies, and boutiques.
•  Manage both digital and offline marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, content creation, and participation in trade shows.
•  Represent the brand at exhibitions, pop-up events, and promotional activities.
•  Oversee all aspects of trade show involvement: coordinate with organizers, handle registrations, prepare marketing materials (brochures, catalogs, social content), and track expenses and sales.
•  Submit monthly sales reports.

Social Media and Content Management:

•  Create and schedule engaging content that reflects the brand’s story and values.
•  Manage and grow presence on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
•  Maintain a consistent visual identity through original photography, video, and curated content.
•  Monitor trends, sustainable fashion topics, and influencer content for inspiration.
•  Plan and execute seasonal promotions and special sales campaigns.

Required Skills:

•  Proven experience in business management and marketing, social media strategy and content creation.
•  Strong communication and storytelling skills in both Dzongkha and English (additional languages a plus).
•  Skilled in visual content production, including photography and videography for digital platforms.
•  Familiar with influencer partnerships, paid advertising, and audience engagement strategies.

Salary and Benefits:

•  Probation Period (First 3 Months): Nu. 15,000 per month
•  Post-Probation: Nu. 20,000 per month (Performance-based growth applicable thereafter)
•  Annual bonus: One month’s salary, paid in February to celebrate Lunar New Year.
