- Minimum 3+ years experience

Qualifications:

Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or communications (MBA)
3-5 years of experience in marketing (preferably in construction materials, retail, or FMCG)
Strong digital marketing skills (Meta Ads, SEO, basic design tools like Canva or Adobe).
Fluent in Dzongkha and English (able to communicate clearly with rural and urban audiences)
Familarity with Bhutanese consumer behavior.

- Starting Salary: 30K to 60K depending on the experience.

Location: Thimphu, Pamtsho
