The “Thunder Dragon Marathon” is back. The marathon will take place in Paro on Sunday 25 May 2025. We will have runners from Europe and USA and we welcome any local runners who want to join.

The route is on rough roads and off road and the distance is 42 km for men and 21 km for women.

Prize pool: Nu 175,000

We provide:

- Free transportation from Thimphu to Paro and back

- Refreshments along the route

- Light breakfast and Lunch
