Interested in-service candidates under the Ministry of Health and National Medical Services who meet
the qualification requirement and eligibility criteria as per BCSR 2023 may submit your application to
HR Division, MoH within 13 May 2025 using the
application link with the following documents:
1. Copy of updated ZEST generated CV;
2. LTT Study Leave Application Form 7/B available on RCSC website
3. Degree Certificate and Mark sheet;
4. Class XII Certificate and Mark Sheet;
5. PE Rating for the past two years;
6. No Objection Certificate for applicants from NMS;
7. Valid online approved Security Clearance Certificate;
8. Valid online approved Audit Clearance Certificate; and
9. A copy of a valid Bhutanese Citizenship Identity Card.
10. Medical Fitness Certificate
Important Note*Candidates are permitted to apply for only one of the aforementioned courses through the provided
application link. The Ministry will shortlist the candidates as per
form 7/8 of HR Manual 2023 and select the relevant candidates to submit it to RCSC for onward submission to the JICA Bhutan office for
final selection.
Please note that the JICA Bhutan office will guide the candidates through the entire selection process
and the final selection will depend on university admission. Furthermore, selected candidates may be
required to submit additional documentation in accordance with the university’s requirements, which will
be communicated to them directly.
