RENEW Microfinance Private Ltd. (RMF) invites applications from eligible candidates interested in taking up the following position;

  Sl.No.   Position Title   Qualification & Experience Requirements   Service Term
              1.         Chief Executive Officer A bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field with a minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience (excluding study period).    A minimum of 8 years of relevant working experience if the applicant has a master’s degree in any field (excluding study period). Candidates must still meet the bachelor’s degree qualification as specified above.   Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience at senior managerial level and above in civil service and general manager and above or equivalent position in the corporate/private sector.         On contract for three years with the possibility of extension for another term based on performance

Interested candidates fulfilling the above criteria may apply online through RMF E-recruitment System https://thegateway.bt/ . The applicants are required to create their profile on the RMF E-recruitment system and must submit the following mandatory documents on or before May 8, 2025, before 5PM.

  • Curriculum Vitae (CV)
  • Copy of master’s/degree certificates & academic transcripts, academic transcripts of class 10 & 12.
  • Copy of Citizenship ID Card
  • Valid documentary proof/evidence of working experience
  • Valid security clearance certificate
  • Valid medical fitness certificate
  • No objection certificate letter, if currently employed (if selected)

An application without any of the required documents specified above, whether in part or whole and not clearly scanned, shall be rejected.
