Terms of Reference (ToR): SEO Specialist

Position Title: SEO Specialist
Location: Beyul Office / Remote
Reports to: Product Manager
Start Date: Immediately

1. Background
Beyul is a forward-thinking IT company focused on delivering high-impact digital solutions for
clients in Bhutan and beyond. As we grow our online presence and optimize digital offerings, we
are looking for a skilled SEO Specialist to lead and execute our search optimization strategies.

2. Objective of the Assignment
The SEO Specialist will be responsible for improving Beyul’s search engine rankings, driving
organic traffic, and ensuring our web content aligns with SEO best practices. This role supports
overall marketing goals and enhances the digital visibility of the company and its
products/services.

3. Key Responsibilities
● Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and search
rankings.
● Develop, plan, and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, Social Media,
Email).
● Identify potential clients and generate new business leads.
● Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers.
● Perform keyword research and identify content opportunities to improve site
performance.
● Conduct regular site audits and suggest technical improvements (e.g., page speed, mobile
optimization).
● Optimize website content, meta-tags, and landing pages for search engines.
● Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics,
Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs.
● Collaborate with content writers and developers to align SEO goals with content and site
structure.
● Stay up to date with industry trends and algorithm updates to maintain best practices.

4. Deliverables
● Monthly SEO performance reports
● SEO audit report with recommendations (initial and bi-annual)
● Optimized content calendar and keyword targeting plan
● Backlink building strategy

5. Required Qualifications
● Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role (minimum 2 years preferred)
● Strong knowledge of SEO practices, tools, and algorithms
● Experience with HTML/CSS is an advantage
● Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress)
● Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads.
● Strong understanding of content marketing.
● Basic knowledge of graphic tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
● Proficiency with marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, Mailchimp).
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

1. Background
Beyul Labs is a forward-thinking technology company dedicated to building robust, scalable,
and user-centric digital platforms. As part of our continued growth and emphasis on
performance-driven architecture, we are seeking a highly experienced Lead Frontend React
Developer with a specialization in building reusable UI libraries and advanced performance
optimization techniques. This role is pivotal in elevating our frontend systems and ensuring
excellence in user experience and rendering performance.

2. Objective of the Assignment
The primary objective of this role is to design and maintain high-performance, reusable, and
accessible UI component libraries using advanced React patterns. The selected candidate will
play a key role in optimizing rendering performance, improving bundle efficiency, and ensuring
compatibility with SSR/SSG environments. This is a highly specialized position that goes beyond
standard frontend development tasks.

3. Key Responsibilities
● Architect and develop scalable UI component libraries with focus on:
○ Rendering performance
○ Bundle size reduction
○ Server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) compatibility

● Apply advanced React concepts including:
○ Compound components, render props, controlled/uncontrolled patterns
○ Custom hooks and logic reusability
○ Concurrent rendering, memoization, virtualization
○ State management using Context API, Recoil, Zustand, or equivalent
● Optimize for Core Web Vitals (LCP, FID, CLS, TBT) and minimize JavaScript payload
● Collaborate with design system and accessibility teams to ensure WCAG-compliant implementations
● Implement and enforce TypeScript best practices to ensure type safety and
maintainability
● Work within monorepo environments (e.g., Turborepo, Nx) and implement module
federation where applicable
● Conduct detailed performance audits using React DevTools, Chrome Profiler,
Lighthouse, and similar tools
● Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior and mid-level frontend developers
● Drive adoption of React Server Components (RSC) and progressive enhancement
methodologies

4. Required Qualifications and Competencies
Mandatory
● Minimum 3 years of experience in advanced React.js development with a focus on performance optimization
● Strong expertise in:
○ React 18+ features (Concurrent Mode, Suspense, Transitions)
○ TypeScript (strict typing and interface design)
○ Performance optimization tools and techniques (React.memo, useMemo,
useCallback, virtualization)
○ Build optimizations (tree shaking, code splitting, lazy loading)

● Experience working with design systems and component-driven development using Storybook
● Proven proficiency in frontend testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress Component Testing)
● CSS-in-JS tools (e.g., Emotion, Styled Components) or Tailwind CSS Preferred
● Experience with Next.js App Router and React Server Components
● Familiarity with Web Workers, WebAssembly (WASM), or Edge Runtime optimization strategies
● Contributions to open-source frontend/UI libraries

1. Background
Beyul Labs is a forward-leaning digital technology firm focused on building performant,
cloud-native platforms that scale globally. As part of our platform evolution, we seek a Senior
Backend Engineer with deep expertise in Golang and Node.js to contribute to the design and
development of resilient backend systems. The engineer will play a central role in shaping
critical infrastructure and ensuring reliable, low-latency services capable of handling substantial
throughput.

2. Objective of the Assignment
The role focuses on the design, development, and optimization of high-performance backend
services using Golang (preferred) and Node.js. This role is highly technical and will contribute to
the development of scalable, event-driven, and observable systems beyond basic CRUD APIs.

3. Key Responsibilities
● Develop and maintain low-latency, high-throughput microservices primarily in Golang
and, where applicable, Node.js.
● Optimize relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis) through
advanced indexing, caching strategies, and connection pooling.
● Implement concurrency patterns in Go (goroutines, channels, worker pools) and
non-blocking mechanisms in Node.js (event loop optimization, clustering).

● Design and document robust APIs (REST, gRPC, WebSockets) with an emphasis on scalability, authentication/authorization, and resilience.
● Build and support event-driven architectures using message brokers such as Kafka,
RabbitMQ, or NATS.
● Containerize applications using Docker and deploy through orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes or Nomad, adhering to cloud-native principles.
● Implement observability tooling including distributed tracing (OpenTelemetry),
centralized logging (ELK stack), and metrics collection (Prometheus, Grafana).
● Conduct performance tuning, benchmarking, and profiling using tools such as pprof, trace, or Node.js Inspector.

Mandatory
● Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in backend development using Golang and Node.js.

○ Node.js internals including the event loop, worker threads, and stream handling.
○ Relational and NoSQL database optimization techniques.
○ API design and implementation (REST, gRPC, WebSockets).
○ Distributed systems concepts (scalability, eventual consistency, fault tolerance).
○ Docker containerization and orchestration tools (Kubernetes, Nomad).
○ Implementing secure backend services (e.g., OAuth2, JWT, input validation, rate limiting).

Preferred
● Golang:
○ Experience with real-time systems, financial platforms, or networking tools

via pprof).
○ Building serverless applications or Kubernetes-native tools using Golang.
● Node.js:
○ Development of high-throughput Node.js services capable of handling >10,000
RPS.
○ Hands-on optimization of V8 engine behavior and multithreaded processing.
○ Experience with edge computing runtimes (e.g., Cloudflare Workers) or
serverless frameworks (AWS Lambda, Google Cloud Functions).
