Bids shall be received in sealed envelopes on or before 3.00 pm on 27.03.2025 and it shall be
opened on the same day at 3.30 pm. Tender received after the deadline for submission shall be
rejected.

To ensure proper evaluation, the following items must be considered, furnished, and
completed for tender evaluation:
l. Integrity Pact is not sealed, and signed by authorized person and witnesses with legal
stamp affixed;
2. Bid bond is not sufficient or not enclosed or insufficient validity,
3. Bid submission form is not signed by authorized person with legal stamp affixed;
4. Price schedule is not signed and sealed.
