IT Helpdesk Support Professional
The World Bank is recruiting a dynamic IT Helpdesk Support Professional for the IT Unit, based in Thimphu, Bhutan. This position is a 1-year renewable short-term appointment.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver IT support services in the office and hybrid.
- Manage IT infrastructure / maintain IT equipment’s inventory.
- Participate in IT Security and Business continuity related activities.
Selection Criteria:
Candidate should have a minimum of Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline and 2-3 years of relevant experience with a good understanding and experience in:
(i) IT Helpdesk support service.
(ii) Good communication skill in English language.
(iii) Candidates should be Bhutanese.
