Bhutan National Bank Limited (BNBL) is pleased to announce the following vacancies as per the detail given below:

Sl.NO Designation Slot Education Qualification Criteria Starting Criteria
1 Associate 2 Minimum of 60% (English + Best four subjects) in XII and X Nu. 17,025 +25% HRA+ Fixed Corporate Allowance of Nu. 9000.00 and other allowances as per the HR Policy of the Bank, with 15% provident fund (PF) contribution by the Bank

*The candidates should have completed the course through regular class (distance education will not be accepted).
*The candidates should have completed their education from a college/university recognized by Bhutan Accreditation Council.
*There will be no rounding up of marks, the candidates should have exact 60% in order to qualify for the submission of the application.

Shortlisting Criteria shall be as follow:

Position Stage 1
Associate Candidates will be shortlisted in the ratio of 1:6 (for every slot, 6 Candidates are to be shortlisted for next round of round selection i.e. the aptitude test and the interview)

50% of class XII and 50% of class X shall be taken into account when shortlisting.

 

Bhutanese candidates who meet the above criteria can apply online via  e-recruitment job portal at https://career.bnb.bt/ latest by Wednesday 15 January 2025. The shortlisted candidates will be notified for the aptitude test (written test) through phone call/email/website.

Note: The bank will only accept job applications submitted through its online job portal at career.bnb.bt. Physical applications will not be considered.
