1. The interested eligible firms having valid licence for the supply of above items can obtain the tender documents from the Store, Corporate office, and Phuentsholing Main Branch upon payment of non-refundable of tender fee Nu 1,000.00 (Ngultrum one thousand).
2. The bidder should submit the tender documents to Store, Corporate Office Thimphu and Phuentsholing Main Branch respectively.
3. The bid must be addressed to the address mentioned in the bid schedule and address.
