The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and External Trade is pleased to announce the following PIM vacant position for the eligible in-service civil servants:

Interested in-service civil servants who meet the eligibility criteria as per the BCSR 2023, Chapter
11, Clause 11.7 and Section 11.7.2, may apply to Human Resource Services on or before 31
October, 2024 with the following documents:
1. Curriculum Vitae (ZEST generated)
2. Moderation score for last two years (FY 2022-2023 & FY 2023-2024)
3. Valid Security Clearance and Audit Clearance for open competition
4. Valid Medical Fitness Certificate
5. Mandatory Integrity Test Certificate
The applicants shall be shortlisted based on BCSR 2023 and only the shortlisted applicants would
be informed. The selected candidates shall be required to submit No Objection Certificate from the
Parent/working agency routed through respective HRC.
