What we are looking for? 
1. Wangsel class XII passed with good signing skills.
2. Good signing skills and knowledge about sign language, Deaf, deafness and Deaf culture.
3. Having genuine interest in teaching young Deaf students.
4. Showcase knowledge in various areas.
5. Exhibit the zeal to grow and progress in profession.
6. Have good team spirit
7. Have a good attitude in supporting children who are deaf
8. Experience, if any, in working with Deaf people or children who are deaf.
