The National Pension and Provident Fund is pleased to announce the following vacancy for contract employment:

Allowances:
a. Lumpsum Increment allowance (60% on minimum starting pay)
b. Contract Allowance (50% on minimum starting pay)
b. Maximum 2 months basic salary as ex-gratia based on performance
c. Maximum of 25% of the total basic pay per annum as PBVI; and
d. Staff incentive housing loan; vehicle loan; and education loan at 5% interest rate.
Interested Bhutanese fulfilling the above eligibility criteria(s) may apply and submit the application to Human Resource and Administration Division, NPPF, Head Office Thimphu along with the following mandatory documents:
- Filled NPPF Job Application Form (Click Here);
- Copy of valid Citizenship Identity Card (Both Side);
- Copy of valid (Six months) Medical fitness certificate for employment;
- Copy of valid RBP security clearance;
- Copy of Valid audit clearance certificate (If currently employed);
- Any other documents and testimonials, as may be applicable to the vacancy.
Applicants are requested to submit the application with the above-mentioned documents latest by 18th July 2024, 5:00 PM.
“An application that is not accompanied by any of the mandatory documents as specified above, whether in part or whole shall be rejected without citing any reason thereof”.
