Notice is hereby given that the 8th Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of GIC-Bhutan Reinsurance Co.Ltd will be held on Thursday, 20th May 2021 at 3.30 pm in the Conference Hall of Hotel Riverview, Thimphu to discuss the following agenda as below

  1. Approval of Audited Financial Statement 2020.
  2. Appointment/Retirement of Board Directors if any
  3. Declaration of Dividend if any.
  4. Amendment of Articles of Incorporation (AOI)
  5. Any other business (AOB)

All the shareholders are requested to make it convenient to attend the meeting in person or by proxy. The form for proxy, Nomination Form and form of Consent to Act as Director is available at GIC-Bhutan Reinsurances Co. Ltd’s Office on demand or can be downloaded from our website www.gicbhutanre.com
