Bhutan National Bank Limited (BNBL) is pleased to announce the following vacancies as per the details given below:

1 Executive 2 General graduates but preference shall be given to those with business backgrounds (Diploma in Financial Management) Minimum of 60% in Diploma, 60%  (English + Best four subjects) in XII and X Nu. 22,338 +25% HRA+ Fixed Corporate Allowance of Nu. 12,286.00 and other allowances as per the HR Policy of the Bank.

*The candidates should have completed the course through regular classes (distance education will not be accepted).

*The candidates should have completed their education from a college/university recognized by the Bhutan Accreditation Council.

Shortlisting Criteria shall be as follow:

Position Stage 1
Executive Candidates will be shortlisted in the ratio of 1:6 for next round of selection that is the viva interview.

25% of XII plus 20% of X

Bhutanese candidates who meet the above criteria can submit the application and relevant documents to the Human Resources and Administration (HRA) Department, Corporate Office latest by Monday, 13 October 2023. The shortlisted candidates will be notified of the aptitude test(written test) through phone call/email/website.
