The Speaker and the Members of National Assembly attended a presentation on the Performance Audit Report on Irrigation System and Performance Audit Report on Preparedness for Cybersecurity by the officials from the Royal Audit Authority (RAA). The Leader of the Opposition Party also attended the presentation. The presentation was arranged by the Public Accounts Committee of the Parliament.

The Performance Audit Report on Irrigation Systems revolves around the economy, efficiency and effectiveness in the development and management of reliable, adequate and sustainable irrigation systems.

The Performance Audit Report on Preparedness for Cybersecurity focuses on ascertaining the Government's efforts towards ensuring safe, secure and resilient cyberspace in Bhutan. 

RAA made 8 recommendations on the Irrigation System report and 6 recommendations on the Preparedness for Cybersecurity report.

The presentations were followed by clarification and discussion. It is towards preparation for the 10th Session. The Public Accounts Committee (PAC) will review the two Performance Audit Reports and present its review report to the 10th Session for deliberation.
